Every purchase, on every plan, comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee. Tell us within 7 days of paying, by email or from your account settings, and we'll refund you in full, no reason required. Feedback is always welcome, though never required. After this window, the rules below apply.
InChek's current plans are three recurring subscriptions: Monthly, billed every month; 6-Month, billed every 6 months; and Annual, billed every 12 months. InChek has also periodically offered Lifetime access, a one-time payment with no recurring billing and access that never expires; the rules below apply to it whether or not it is currently available for purchase.
Monthly, 6-Month, and Annual plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle using the payment method on file, until you cancel.
You can cancel anytime from your account settings, or by emailing info@inchek.ca. Cancelling stops future billing; you'll keep full access through the end of the period you've already paid for, and won't be charged again after that.
After the 7-day guarantee window, we don't provide refunds or credits for partial periods already in progress.
If you purchased Lifetime access and aren't satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, Lifetime purchases are non-refundable.
To switch between plans, cancel your current plan and subscribe to the new one. Contact us if you'd like help timing the switch.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us as soon as possible and we'll look into it.
InChek is a fully digital service; there's nothing to ship. Once your purchase is complete, your account is activated and your first lesson or placement test is sent by email, typically within a few minutes. If you don't see it, check your spam or promotions folder, and add us to your contacts so future lessons land in your inbox.
