InChek provides a placement assessment, daily English-language lessons personalized by a system built on Claude, periodic quizzes and exams, and related feedback and progress tracking, delivered by email and through a hosted lesson page.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account details secure. The Service is intended for adult learners; if you are a parent or guardian purchasing on behalf of a minor, you are responsible for that decision.
Monthly, 6-Month, and Annual plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled, billed through PayPal or Airwallex (card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay). Lifetime access is a one-time purchase with no recurring billing.

Please use the Service honestly. Submitting your own work for grading, rather than using external tools to complete lessons for you, is what makes the feedback meaningful. We may suspend accounts that abuse or attempt to circumvent the Service.
All lesson content, curriculum design, and materials are owned by InChek or its licensors. You may use them for your personal learning only, not for redistribution or resale.
InChek is an educational tool. Lessons and assessments are designed to support English-language learning, but we make no guarantee of specific learning outcomes, proficiency levels, certification, or fitness for any particular purpose, including employment, academic, or immigration requirements. The Service is provided "as is."
This app is hosted on Render, with learner data stored using Supabase (database and file storage). Payments are processed by PayPal and Airwallex. Written and spoken submissions are graded using Anthropic's Claude; spoken submissions are transcribed and scored using Microsoft Azure AI Speech. Transactional email is sent through Resend.
InChek isn't responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these or any other third-party sites or services.
To the extent permitted by law, InChek isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it.
If you're learning with us from Brazil, the European Union, or the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under your local law. Contact us and we'll help you exercise them.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the revised version here and update the "Last updated" date.
